Codurance announces Steve Lydford as UK Managing Director

Codurance, the global software consultancy offering bespoke software modernisation solutions to mid-market services businesses, is delighted to announce the appointment of Steve Lydford to UK Managing Director.

With more than 25 years in the industry in a variety of technical leadership positions, including 10+ years with Codurance, Steve brings unique knowledge of our customers, their business and technology challenges and how our services can deliver exceptional results that outperform expectations.

On being promoted from the position of Chief Operating Officer to UK Managing Director, Steve says:

Steve has been with Codurance since its inception as a business, holding key roles such as Principal Consultant, Head of Professional Services, UK South Regional Director, and most recently, UK Chief Operating Officer. His unique knowledge, coupled with his immense contributions, have been vital in shaping Codurance, and he embodies our values aligned to Software Craftsmanship and culture of continuous learning and improvement. Steve steps into this new role with the full support of a strong UK senior management team.

Reflecting Codurance’s maturity as a global organisation, Codurance Co-Founders Sandro Mancuso and Mash Badar will transition into the joint Group CEO role, overseeing the global direction and strategy of the business with a focus on fostering long-term growth and global cohesion.
