Fireside Chat #55: Challenges of team agreements

This week, the trio talked about the fact that teams are of course essential to software development and one of the things that makes that collaboration effective is people agreeing - from the goal they're trying to accomplish to how they want to get there and more. 

They stated that they, personally, didn’t have explicit team agreements until later in their career and dysfunctions could have been avoided if certain expectations and agreements had been set from the start.
