Codurance has been named a select partner in the OpenAI Partner Network. OpenAI's global program connects consulting firms, systems integrators, and technology companies with the enablement, training, and support needed to help organisations adopt OpenAI's models in production.

OpenAI has made it clear that model capability is not what's holding enterprises back, it's the harder work of finding the right use cases, redesigning workflows, integrating with existing systems, and managing the change that comes with all of that. That's the space Codurance has operated in for over a decade: taking organisations through legacy modernisation, platform rebuilds, and delivery transformations with Software Craftsmanship as the foundation. Extending that discipline to how we design, build, and govern OpenAI-powered delivery for clients is a logical next step.
Why this matters for our clients

What this means for our clients

  • A formal route into OpenAI's training and enablement, so our consultants build demonstrable expertise rather than picking things up on the job.

  • Closer visibility into how OpenAI's models and tooling are developing, which keeps our advice on agentic delivery and AI-assisted engineering grounded in what's coming, not just what's already out.

  • A clear path to build on this Select status over time, as we grow the number of certified consultants and the depth of our OpenAI-related work.

None of this changes how we work with clients. It gives us a formal channel for the same standards we've always held: consultants who arrive capable, delivery that’s judged on engineering quality, and treating AI as a tool to be used with care rather than a way to cut corners.

“Being named an OpenAI Select Partner reflects the standards we've always held for how AI gets introduced into real engineering work: carefully, with proper testing, and with the client's long-term interests in mind. Being part of this network means our teams get direct access to OpenAI's training and technical resources, helping more of our clients get genuine value from these tools, not just experimentation."

Steve Lydford, UK Managing Director at Codurance

What's next

We will be certifying more Codurance experts through OpenAI's partner programme, and continuing to support our clients in adopting AI tooling across their businesses to drive value creation.

If you're exploring how to bring OpenAI's models into your organisation's software delivery without losing engineering discipline along the way, get in touch with Codurance.
